Interest Area: Signal Processing and Embedded Systems

Shuowei graduated from the University of Washington with a Ph.D. degree in statistical modeling and engineering education. She also completed the core curriculum of the MBA degree for the Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate at the University of Washington. Shuowei is the recipient of the 2021 UW College of Engineering student teaching award, and a finalist for the 2021 and 2022 UW Excellence in Teaching Awards. She joined Cadence Design Systems as a lead software engineer after graduation.
